Finding the Fabulous is a non-profit organization that inspires the next generation of female role models to lead with confidence, creativity and compassion.

Our programs target self-esteem, leadership and professional development. Starting in kindergarten all the way through college, we help girls navigate 3 main obstacles: 

1. Fear of failure

Girls are afraid to step outside of their comfort zone and pursue leadership roles due to the negative stigma of and prevailing definition of failure.

2. Pressure to achieve physical perfection

Girls are consumed by unattainable beauty ideals and as a result, doubt that they can make a valuable contribution to the world through their intelligence, kindness and ambition. 

3. Cultivation of integrated aspirations

Girls struggle to connect with professional female mentors and see how their interests can align with a fulfilling career path.

We have impacted 1500+ girls across New Jersey and New York since 2010. 

100% of surveyed parents rate their daughter’s camp experience as a 5 (on a scale of 1-5) and say that they would recommend our program to a friend. 

93% of our summer camp attendees believe that they can accomplish their dreams because they are strong and smart.

92% of camp girls believe that their inner beauty matters more than their outer beauty. 

100% of our teen conference attendees feel more confident sharing their ideas and voicing their opinions.

84% of teen conference attendees said that the weekend was a start towards becoming a more empowered female leader.

79% of conference attendees said they felt more prepared to navigate college life and pursue future career goals.
